The terms & conditions listed below apply to all products purchased from our website
Please read carefully before placing orders.
All of our prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling. They are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will apply to some orders and will be displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. We always try to ensure that our products are listed online at their correct prices but mistakes can occur. If an order is placed for an item which is not displayed at the correct price, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming the order with the item at the correct price. alternatively you can cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund any amount which has been transferred to us.
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products ordered are unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the cost of both the product(s) and delivery charges if these have already been paid. This will be done within 30 days of recipt of initial payment.
We aim for products to be delivered to our customers within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment in the United Kingdom. Most orders will require a signature upon delivery. These will be provided where applicable in your dispatch emails. If orders are received before 12pm we will aim to dispatch these on the same day. If products are unable to be delivered and are returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to re arrange delivery. An additional charge will apply. If we are unable to contact you we will refund the item value but will be unable to refund the postage costs. Once you have received the product (s) they then become your responsibility and we Cassell will not be liable for any subsequent damage or loss to them.
Please note that U.K parcels cannot have a claim started until 15 days after date of dispatch. We are unable to offer any refund until the parcel is deemed as missing. This can unfortunately take up to 28 days from the date of the claim.
If next day shipping is selected, this is operated Monday - Friday. Therefore orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Next day shipping does not cover orders arriving on a Saturday.
In addition to the cancellation policy above we do operate a returns policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return them to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned as sold, unused and in all original packaging. All items must be in a suitable condition to be re sold. If a returned item does not meet the requirements then we Cassell Sports have the right to refuse the return of the item. For a return to be processed we would need to be contacted before the item is returned. Please contact email@example.com
No returns will be accepted on OUTLET orders. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on all OUTLET purchases. These sales are final. Therefore please thoroughly check your OUTLET order before placing it.
Faulty goods will be inspected by one of our specialists. If the product is deemed to be damaged accidental or wear and tear then the product will be returned to the customer. If when inspected it is deemed that the prouct has a fault of manufacture then the product will be exchanged for a replacement item. If you provide us with a full recipt of purchase then we would be happy to provide a full refund. Please note that all returns must be in a clean condition. We will not assess items which are seen to be dirty or wet.
